Mission Statement

MISSION.   Our mission is to provide excellent forensic investigation work in a timely manner at a reasonable cost.  We understand that you want us to “take care of business” and quickly advise you on the question of “Do we have a case? and/or “Can we repair the car now?”   We have the experience to provide the answers you need.

RESPONSIVENESS.  We are available to respond to your needs and concerns.  Please call us at any time with your questions.  We regularly travel out of state to do cases.

FLEXIBILITY.  We accommodate our client’s needs to the best of our ability.  This includes short notice travel/negotiable fees.

REPORTS.  We provide concise but well defended reports that could be furnished in the legal discovery process.  However, our object is to provide such a strong case that the opposition would tender an offer to settle prior to court.   Alternatively, we tell you as soon as possible to “reach a settlement”.

PHOTOGRAPHS.  We provide a sufficient number of high quality photographs and a CD to document and preserve the physical evidence.  These photographs assist you (and your supervisors/attorneys) to better understand the case. 

OBJECTIVITY.  We report the physical facts of the case.  We will provide you with our opinion as to what occurred based on our expertise of inspecting thousands of vehicles and years of experience.

RESOURCES.  We continue to cultivate valuable contacts within the automotive and legal community to be able to gather inside information to assist in solving cases.

EQUIPMENT.  We maintain an inventory of investigative equipment to allow us to apply scientific principles to the search for the facts.

TRAINING.  We attend the necessary training and subscribe to industry pubications to maintain our skills and stay current with industry advances.  We are active “wrench turners” who have owned/operated repair facilities and are active road racers who observe first hand how and why things break on cars, and what happens afterward.
